To get on track to ownership you:_**
- _
Are an automotive service professional with previous management experience in the automotive and or tire industries.
- _Will be working in a Fountain Tire store location; working closely with the Store Manager and the Operations team to prepare for a leadership position within a Fountain Tire store location (Rural/Urban)._
- _

Experience as a Manager, Assistant Manager or Mechanical Service Manager in a retail / commercial environment (Tires / Automotive)_

Sound knowledge of effective operational procedures in a related industry
- _Solid organizational and time management skills in order to prioritize competing demands._
- _
Proven track record in initiating sales opportunities and growing market share._

Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve results._
