**Key Responsibilities but not limited to**:
**Overall Strategy**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships across the market to champion and implement effective people strategies.
- Support national staffing initiatives, including Regional and National Hiring Events.
- Evaluate and improve existing recruitment and retention programs.
- Ensure full staffing in all restaurants through effective recruitment and retention plans.

**Supporting Sourcing, Reach, and Recruitment Activities**:
**Analysis of Staffing Needs**:

- Conduct market research on local wages and benefits.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment results.
- Maintain a consistent hiring message aligned with our branding strategies.

**Sourcing and Building Relationships**:

- Utilize online recruitment tools and technology effectively.
- Develop positive community relations and maintain contacts to enhance our employment image.
- Identify and leverage new staffing sources, including presentations to schools and community organizations.
- Attend job fairs to promote the brand and educate on benefits.
- Manage the exit interview process and conduct focus groups.

**Training and Development**:

- Follow up on employee reviews completion (on-time) in the restaurant.
- Stay current with all McDonald’s training and development programs.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality, or food service.
- A degree in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
- Knowledge of recruitment market practices and trends from multiple regions.
- Results-driven with a high sense of urgency and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships and work collaboratively.
- Ability to present at leadership meetings and implement market-wide plans.

**Working Conditions**:
This role blends office and restaurant environments, offering an engaging and varied workday. Travel within our businesses is expected, alongside occasional trips for professional development. The role generally adheres to standard business hours but can require for evening or weekend engagements occasionally.

Pay: $84,300.00 per year
