Counter Parts Personel

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Parts Personnel in our very fast paced store in Concord. As a Counter Parts Personnel, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their parts needs. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Duties**:

- Assist customers in person and over the phone with their parts inquiries and orders
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding availability, pricing, and product specifications
- Process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient order processing and delivery
- Utilize computer systems, including Excel, and Epicor to track inventory, sales, and customer interactions

**Skills**:

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Previous experience in retail sales dealing with Automotive parts or in the automotive industry is preferred
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management
