**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Cook food items by grilling, frying, baking, or sautéing as per the recipe specifications
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is cooked in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist with food inventory and ordering as needed

**Qualifications**
- Must have active employment authorization to work in Canada
- Requires good communication skills.
- 2 years of previous kitchen experience is preferred.
- Culinary education and/or appropriate level of on-the-job training and club, hotel or similar restaurant experience is preferred.
- Valid trade certification/Journeyperson papers/Red Seal or equivalent is preferred.
- Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
- Requires moderate supervision and training.
- The position requires standing for long periods of time, walking, bending, handling, reaching, grasping, lifting 50 lbs., and repetitive motions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
