**Job Purpose**:
The E-Commerce Site Merchandiser Specialist will support the Director of Marketing to ensure the execution of commercial strategies through our e-commerce platform. This individual will also oversee the content and design of the company’s website.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage Manufacturer-to-Direct website and start-to-finish setup of all products.
- Assure products are set up in a timely manner and in conjunction with promotions in store and on the marketing calendar.
- Maintain and update all product imagery, including variants, pricing, markdowns, filters, tags, promotional pricing, and copy.
- When required, take photos of products for the online catalogue.
- Set up and schedule homepage updates, new content pages, promotions, and features to be aligned with the marketing calendar.
- Examine the site daily/weekly to ensure products are in the correct categories, promotions are functioning, links lead to the correct categories/pages and product setup is accurate. Test new features and functionality as needed.
- Maintain and design home page, landing pages, banner photos, and collection pages.
- Write engaging and compelling product descriptions.
- Responsible for QA of homepages, links, and redirects.
- Manage and optimize site search results and faceted navigation for each category for increased product sales.
- Identify and fix failed searches, create and manage a library of synonyms for frequently misspelled products and keywords.
- Optimize the site to drive conversion and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure the website is mobile-friendly.
- Oversight of ecommerce platform and content management tools.
- Ensure inventory and merchandising are optimized for sales.
- Develop and execute A/B testing to drive customer acquisition and conversion.
- Provide input to marketing and communication planning.
- Keep the translation team apprised of any website changes.

**Education, Experience, and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or a related field
- 3+ years of experience managing E-commerce sites
- Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow, and web analysis
- Experience in creating home pages, landing pages, and product collections
- Experience in Photoshop, Figma, Canva, Light Room, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Excels at working in a fast-paced work environment

**Nice to haves**:

- Understanding and experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Google Analytics, Figma, Klaviyo, Slack, Click-up, or Microsoft Teams.
