We are currently seeking masters level (and above) counsellors to join our team.

While we have an exceptionally experienced team of counsellors as part of our

current staff, we are seeking clinicians with specific expertise working with little

ones (infant mental health, and young childhood, age ranging from 0 to 9-10) and

with expertise working with a neurodiverse population, e.g., Autism, ADHD,

giftedness. Our counsellors are free to choose their preferred schedule and

caseloads as they see fit.

We welcome both experienced and early-career counsellors, including recent

grads; supervision will be provided on a needs basis.

**Requirements**:

- Masters in counselling from a recognized university
- Must be a registered clinical counsellor in BC
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work with diverse clientele, and demonstrate a commitment to cultural competency
- Experience working with children, adolescent, adults and families (or more specialized experience in a single age group that you choose to focus on)
- Experience providing therapeutic services with various methodologies
