**What you’ll do**
- Collaborate with many teams to unlock new / improved data & analytics that drive common objectives
- Be relied upon as an expert of the company’s data and how it ties back to the company’s goals
- Set up the data model and the necessary data transformation layers to optimize the company's KPIs
- Define the data structure to meet the visualization needs
- Maintain and/or update the different dashboards and other necessary reference tools of the company and manage access to the different tools
- Ensure the quality, integrity and truthfulness of the data used in the BI tools and perform data validation tests with the help of different departments as needed
- Support the different departments of the company and the franchisee network with technological issues of the data tools (Cubes, Power BI, etc.)
- Participate in the maintenance of the DevOps of the different tools (daily uploads, improvements and training documents)
**What you bring**
- Undergrad degree, ideally in Business Analytics, computer science, BI or another related field
- Professional with 2 to 4 years of experience working in data/analysis, a business intelligence tools integration team, or any other relevant experience
- French required, excellent English an asset; both verbal and written
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, VBA, Power Query) and Power BI
- Excellent communication and oral presentation skills
- Strong research and learning skills, problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Autonomous, rigorous, meticulous and excellent at managing priorities
- Ability to work as part of a team
