BIG is currently recruiting for an Account Receivable Clerk to join our growing Processing team. This role will be responsible for preparing accounts receivable transactions, preparing invoices, reviewing financing contracts and processing customer payments.

**What does the Accounts Receivable Clerk do?**
- Invoice Agency Bill policies via manual transactions
- Processing Agency Bill new business commercial submissions, ensuring all required documents are on file and providing invoices when required
- Review all transactions for accuracy, inputting any missing information & ensuring correct commission splits are used
- Maintain a friendly, open & supportive team environment
- Maintain positive, approachable, & trusting relationships with team members
- Demonstrate excellent customer service when interacting with all Managing Partners, Brokers, & BIG employees
- Request refunds on overpayments and/or cancelled policies
- Identify & amend any policy errors in _Power Broker_ Assist Senior AR Clerk with projects and perform tasks delegated, as necessary

**Qualifications**
- Completion of secondary education diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary education in Insurance, Business/Office Administration, Education or related field an asset.
- A minimum of at least 1 year of proven experience in Processing, Office/Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related industry
