**Overview**: As the Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations and managing the on-site dispatch team, ensuring efficient deployment of resources, coordinating field activities, and maintaining effective communication between dispatchers and field personnel.
**Duties**:Including but not limited to;
- Supervise, manage, and mentor a team of dispatchers, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Develop and maintain positive relations with vendors, clients, third parties and other parties related to the general business of the company and/or site.
- Administrative tasks including billing, tracking, and maintenance workflows.
- Maintain clear, concise, and constant communication between dispatchers and field teams including class 1 drivers to ensure accurate assignment of information and timely updates.
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and coordinate resources based on urgency and demand.
- Manage and allocate resources such as vehicles, equipment, and manpower to meet operational requirements.
- Initiate & coordinate field repairs and maintenance to equipment and vehicles including trucks and trailers.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory and/or management position.
- Class 1 license required.
- Proven experience working with heavy duty equipment.
- Mechanically and roadside repair inclined.
- Oil/gas & frac sand industry experience an asset.
- Valid H2S, CSO, First-Aid and Driver’s License with acceptable drivers abstract.
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional effort and performance.
- Personable with excellent problem solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.

**Compensation**: $300 - $500/day.
