**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the drafting deliverables, managing daily operations and ensuring timely project completion.
- Collaborate and coordinate with project stakeholders (internal and external) to develop detailed drawings and using CAD software within project timelines.
- Review and approve drafts created by team members, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all drafting activities.
- Train and mentor junior drafters on best practices and software usage, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and project documentation.

**Experience**
- A diploma or degree in Engineering Design Technology or related field.
- 5+ years drafting experience
- 2+ Years experience in supervisory role within a drafting or engineering environment is required.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and MicroStation, and other relevant tools.
- Experience in Telecommunications is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of drafting principles and techniques, with the ability to draft complex designs accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $33.00-$35.00 per hour
