Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized Operations Manager to join our young and evolving team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our company. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations.

**Duties**:

- Aiding sales reps with the preparation of quotes
- Converting Quotes to Sales Orders
- Placing Purchase Orders with Distribution Partners
- Responsible for fulfilling Orders from clients
- Update client with order details - tracking, etc..
- Receive products in inventory system
- Convert Sales Order to invoice once delivered.
- Invoicing Clients
- Staying current with Accounts Receivables
- Managing and tracking client returns.
- Managing recurent invoicing
- Working with multiple systems to ensure an accurate bookkeeping

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of business operations principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
