**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare various substrates, such as wood, metal, and plastic, for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
- Ensure proper mixing and matching of paints to meet specific color and texture requirements as per client specifications.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure coatings meet industry and company standards for thickness, adhesion, and finish.
- Maintain painting equipment and workspace, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with company safety guidelines.
- Record and report work progress, including materials used and time spent on each project.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in industrial painting techniques and coating technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter, preferably within the fenestration or coatings industry.
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials, especially those used in coating windows, doors, and other substrates.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on achieving high-quality finishes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and the ability to work in various positions for extended periods.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
