- Hold a doctorate degree in psychology in any field (including clinical psychology) before starting the position.
- Demonstrate research productivity and the capacity to develop a strong independent research program that expands and/or complements the range of current faculty research interests and expertise, and attract external research funding;
- Have demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses broadly related to their area of expertise and have evidence of an effective teaching record.
- Experience with experiential learning and online or alternative modes of delivery is highly desired.
- Be able to supervise undergraduate and graduate student research and contribute to the service and administrative activities of the department and the university
- Demonstrated commitments to equity, diversity, decolonization, inclusion, belonging, and social justice.
