**About the Job**

As an Account Manager at Vendasta, you're not just managing accounts; you're fostering growth, knowledge, and long-term partnerships. You'll embark on a mission to; onboard, demo, educate, grow and retain Agency Channel Partners, becoming the linchpin in their journey towards success. Your role is vital in guiding a diverse book of existing Agency Channel Partners through every lifecycle stage, from the excitement of the initial sign-up to the ongoing satisfaction of long-standing relationships.

**Your Impact**

As an Account Manager you'll work with our Channel Sales Team to:

- Seamlessly onboard new partners, providing comprehensive demos and education on how Vendasta's platform, products, and services can revolutionize their business.
- Delve into the heart of each partner's business needs and opportunities, crafting strategic plans that not only drive revenue growth but also enhance their adoption of both Vendasta’s owned-and-operated and third-party marketplace offerings.
- Act as a trusted advisor, cementing long-term relationships with your Channel Partners. Your goal is to ensure the profitability and longevity of each partnership through strategic planning and execution.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience with a track record of achieving a quota of $1.5M+, demonstrating year-over-year growth, managing a diverse client base, and effectively balancing new vs. expansion sales and lead generation (MQL vs. self-generated).
- Ability to provide examples and references of strong customer relationships, including NPS scores and insights into interactions with both SMB and Enterprise-level clients, highlighting the depth of these relationships.
- Skilled in using CRM tools and Google Docs, with certifications in Adwords and Meta, and proficiency in LinkedIn, showcasing a robust tech stack understanding essential for modern sales processes.
- Demonstrated through references, a self-driven attitude to exceed sales targets and a work ethic that sets you apart, backed by concrete examples of success and resilience.
- Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Sandler, SNAP, or others, and a requirement to be based in Saskatoon, emphasizing the importance of in-office collaboration and community.
