The Neerlandia Co-op is hiring a Feed Manager for our single site location in Neerlandia, Alberta.

**Who we are**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Building strong customer relationships by delivering solutions and monitoring client satisfaction levels, ensuring customer issues are resolved, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Creating a customer contact plan with the goal of developing “trusted advisor” relationships with key and potential customers.
- Setting budget goals and leading the achievement of financial results in the areas of sales, margins, inventory control, and expenses within established timelines.
- Leading the Feed Team through recruitment, goal setting, performance management, and the training & development of team members while fostering a positive work environment with engaged team members.
- Overseeing adherence to brand and merchandising standards.
- Ensuring the execution and follow through of all safety policies and programs as they relate to the Feed Department.
- Participating in the senior leadership of the Neerlandia Co-op, coordinating efforts in meeting corporate goals as established by the board of directors and management.
- Other tasks as required.

**Who you are**:

- Possess a post-secondary education - Bachelor of Science with a focus in animal health or nutrition preferred.
- Have 5+ years of relevant customer service, sales, and management experience.

- You believe in building relationships and collaborating with team members of other departments to deliver solutions that matter most.
