Provide specialized Human Resources clerical, reception, and administrative responsibilities to a high performing agile team. Maintains confidentiality of personnel records, conversations, and situations.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greets guests entering the Human Resources department and asks appropriate questions to ascertain needs. Answers routine questions, provides health insurance contact information, notifies staff members when appointments arrive, and may escort guest to appropriate room.
- Answers, screens, and routes incoming calls to appropriate staff members.
- Perform light typing, proofreading, data entry, printing, and photocopying. Maintains organized and current electronic and paper files and records including Personnel Records as the workforce changes.
- Maintain current FOB access; disable terminated associates, activate new associates, and replace damaged FOBs.
- DialMed data entry (entering phone numbers on texting app/removing transfers/terms).
- Reviews Region 2 associate photos for business appropriateness to load into HRIS system.
- Maintains sufficient office, printer, copier, and kitchenette supplies. Orders supplies per company procedures. Schedules equipment service and repair.
- Prepares letters and parcels for overnight couriers. Receives or obtains incoming mail and packages.
- Takes the initiative to discuss assignments, expectations, priorities and deadlines as well as seek guidance and coaching from manager. Adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements or cultures.

**MINIMUM** **Requirements**

Education & Licenses
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates degree preferred or working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources

Experience
- At least two years office, clerical, or customer service work experience including light computer work.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bilingual preferred
- Process and results oriented, motivated to keep projects moving ahead by identifying obstacles to management
- Must have a positive attitude, a drive to continually advance your understanding of the industry and business, and is highly self-motivated
- Ability to build professional and trusting business relations
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient MS Office Suite skills
- Work is primarily indoors, sitting for long periods. Physical effort requiring manual dexterity as well as lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
