**Job Description**:
The Learning Coordinator reports directly into the Manager, Learning & Development. The Learning Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting the operations, logistics, learning outcomes, employee experience, communications and event coordination for a variety of learning programs. As a part of the Talent and Learning Team, this position will live Our Four Paws and prioritize Safety, Compassion, Expertise and Efficiency in all they do.

Essential Details and Responsibilities
- Administer the company-wide learning and development programs through the Workday Learning Management System (LMS), including the administration of digital learning licenses, LMS user accounts, LMS messaging and branding, LMS engagement capabilities, enrollment, and reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all learning intake and employee assistance requests pertaining to Pet Valu’s LMS, ensuring an exceptional learner experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align learning objectives with system capabilities.
- Identify and solve for barriers to learning administration and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and partner with learning team to bring to life.
- Create & update supporting documentation for the learning programs.
- Implement, monitor, and report on learning effectiveness through feedback surveys, learning and development metrics, system usage metrics, and other data for analysis.
- Maintain and log learning requests from business partners to bring to learning team.
- Maintain the archiving of previous learning programs, files, attendance, etc.
- Perform all administrative and logístical tasks associated with the overall execution of the annual learning plan, leadership programs and learning campaigns.
- Ensure contract approvals, subscriptions and invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Act as production support the Delivery of training programs
- Compile and develop reports and dashboards as required - maintaining accurate learning records, analyzing evaluation data and monitoring costs.
- Manage the central mailbox for the Learning team and be the first point of contact for all general learning and development inquiries.
- Perform other duties as required to support the team.
- French is an asset

Experience, Education, Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, or similar HR experience
- Knowledge of/interest in learning techniques, learning models and learning theories.
- Experience with Learning Management System (Workday Learning strongly preferred) and with virtual Delivery platforms
- Intermediate level Excel is required
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to deal with tact and diplomacy with all levels of the organization
- Must be good at time management and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- Strong orientation towards positive customer experience
- Basic Project Management skills
- Must be flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and handle changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and analytical skills in determining which matters require immediate attention and escalation procedures.
