**What you will be doing**:

- RFP sourcing, bid preparation, content creation, and submission process.
- Manages the budget and relationship with Marketing to create all materials for the department including annual refresh activities.
- Responsible for maintaining the accounts payable process including direction to Finance to process these payments.
- Assist all-new implementation projects by maintaining and executing standard operating procedures through partnering with other internal cross-functional teams.
- Manges new pricing implementations with CFM and effective promotional/marketing planning.

**How you will succeed**:

- Experience working with health insurance carriers, benefits advisors, and plan sponsors preferred.
- Strong financial and written communication skills are required to support RFP and new business opportunities.
- A minimum of 5 - 7 years of sales or marketing experience and proven ability to create and manage budgets and business proposals
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders while managing complex tasks under pressure and within defined timelines.
- Ability to lead with purpose and keep a team aligned on the end objective with proven management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to balance and manage the need to work both independently as well as in a team environment.
- Pharmacy operations knowledge is considered a strong asset.
