**Your work environment at EXP**

In this role, you will be a part of the Infrastructure team, of the **Infrastructure & Transportation, based in North Bay, ON **office.

**What a day at EXP has in store for you**
- Act as the primary contact between the client and the contractor
- Prepare various reports, change orders and instruction notices
- Monitor contractor compliance with quality and quantity control measures and contractual obligations/review contractor submissions
- Negotiate contract and pricing issues and construction claims

**What your experience looks like**
- Must have MTO T131 Advanced Claims Dispute Resolution Course
- Project experience as a Contract Administrator on 2 or more MTO or municipal projects dealing with highway and/or infrastructure with at least one having had a budget of at least $5M
- Certified with OACETT as a Road Construction Contract Administrator (rcca)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough understanding of Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications/Standard Drawings methods and materials associated with highway construction
- Possess a valid class “G” driver’s license
