**We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage and help creatively strategize our client's campaigns on various platforms.**

As a Design Shopp team member, you will benefit from group insurance, including health and dental (for Canadian employees only). You have the opportunity to work in a positive, friendly environment with the constant support of a vibrant and passionate team. We are a fully remote team with team members is Canada, Europe and Asia but require everyone to be accessible and work-ready from 9AM to 5PM EST - Monday to Friday.

At Design Shopp, we build websites and market them. What makes us unique is our experience with online marketing: every website we design and develop is delivered with an online marketing strategy in mind.

**Initiative**

You will work on multiple projects simultaneously while respecting agency-established procedures. We are seeking someone who isn't afraid of taking initiative and who is also ready to contribute creatively to the Marketing team at Design Shopp.

**Responsibilities**:

- High knowledge of SEM, and Digital Marketing Analytics
- High knowledge of managing social media pages and ad platforms
- Good understanding of tracking for certain campaigns depending on the industry
- Launching new search, display, video, and shopping ads for multiple clients
- Daily campaign monitoring and communicating with the team when optimizing is needed
- Ensuring Adpsend budgets are met and never surpassed
- Participate in internal Weekly Marketing team touch-base and regularly meet with clients (virtually)
- Help create captions for social media posts
- Hashtag research and curation based on the account and/or post
- Help create social media creatives (posts, videos, stories, reels, TikToks, etc) that will produce the best engagement - This is an asset, not a must
- Brainstorm the best solutions for each client based on the strategy (how to achieve goals and hit KPIs)

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Speaking and understanding French is an asset we will strongly consider, but is not required for this position.
- Knowledge of these tools: Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, GoogleAds, Google My Business, Merchant Center), Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Ads, Twitter Ads
- High-level understanding of these social media platforms and best practices: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- High-level experience with Mailchimp or similar platform
- Some basic experience with Amazon Seller Central is an asset

**Prior Experience**
- Client management is a must
- Managing ad accounts (SEM) and creating search, display, video, and shopping campaigns for different industries
- Analyzing, setting up, and managing social media pages and ad platform accounts for clients
