Reporting to the Sr. Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of product owners to build and enhance pharmacy systems and other integrated solutions. The focus of this role is to act as a hands-on leader to establish best practices of product management, to develop Rx offerings that increase market share and to mentor team members to deliver highest value to the customers and stakeholders in an Agile environment. You are expected to manage multiple product lines with varying degrees of complexity.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Mentor product team to develop a customer-first mindset in delivering solutions
- Establish prioritization process to evaluate enhancements and defects based on business impact
- Formalize procedures for estimation, epic/story definition, acceptance criteria and UAT
- Manage scope creep during sprint development and regression phases
- Define practices to validate requirements and outcomes through a feedback loop with customers
- Actively manage product roadmap for releases and hot fixes
- Maintain schedules for resource allocation to optimize on-time delivery
- Create SOWs where necessary to document project details and implementation costs
- Participate in NPS planning and coordinate customer call-backs
- Review pilot feedback and address critical issues on priority
- Track metrics for product team with respect to quality, impact and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with Product Strategy team for vendor evaluation and roadmap planning
- Collaborate with Support Teams for problem management and handling product escalations
- Work closely with Scrum Master, Development, and QA teams to ensure high quality products are delivered on-time, on-budget, and deliver committed benefits
- Establish user committees/focus groups to validate ideas and gather customer feedback
- Keep a close eye on competitive products for capabilities and market opportunities

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 6+ years of professional experience and 0 2 years of supervisory experience.

**Additional Qualifications**
- 6+ years in a Product Manager/ Owner role, or Business Analysis experience in the health care sector.
- University Degree in a relevant discipline, such as Pharmacy, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Information Science
- Proven experience working with stakeholders, and delivery teams to influence product roadmaps
- Proven experience with a software product management and development cycle
- Pragmatic Marketing Certification is desirable
- Well-versed in business analysis and functional requirements specification
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentation experience with both technical and business audience
- Able to work in a complex, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Strong familiarity with the business processes and workflow associated with eHealth, Retail Pharmacy, or other related areas in the healthcare domain
- Occasional travel is required

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

**Our Base Pay Range for this position**

$76,700 - $127,900
