Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and project management principles. Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation - Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success - Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations - Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control - Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget - Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all project milestones - Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction projects - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, including progress reports and financial summaries - Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or HeavyBid - Familiarity with Civil 3D software for design purposes - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage teams - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal We offer competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience.
