We are actively seeking enthusiastic and skilled **Bilingual Customer Service Professionals **to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will engage with customers in both **English and French**, ensuring their needs are met with excellence. If you are passionate about customer satisfaction, possess strong communication skills in two languages, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective problem resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in both written and spoken **English and French**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

**Job Type: Full time, Hybrid Work**
**Location: Mississauga, Oakville, Etobicoke**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to Relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: Relocate before starting work (required)
