We are looking to hire an administrative staff member to join our vibrant and growing team, who will play a key role in executing the day to day administration and coordination of the office. As an organization we encourage internal growth through continuous training and learning opportunities and are hoping to hire a fast learner who is looking to grow with us
- Responsibilities and duties:
Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact to patients, specifically for all major treatment cases to ensure a seamless experience
Recording all patient information, such as medical history, insurance breakdowns
Performing administrative tasks such as patient check in/out, including processing insurance claims, reviewing treatment plans, discussing cost/financing options, and processing predeterminations
Communicating, scheduling and managing patients' appointments for treatment
Encourage patient acceptance of treatment plans by adding value for the proposed treatment
Manage patient finances: estimating and collecting patient portions due at the time of service
- Qualifications and skills:
Must be fluent in English
Must have organization, communication, and computer skills
Must have dental experience
Dentrix experience is an asset
Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
