**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of a two (2) year diploma in Health Informatics, Business Admin or equivalent acceptable by hospital
- Privacy, Access, and Information Management Certificate preferred
- Minimum two (2) years recent, related experience, preferably in a health care setting
- Proficient knowledge of health privacy legislation in Ontario (Personal Health Information Protection Act - PHIPA), and the role for the provincial Privacy Commissioner
- Demonstrates confidentiality and respect for privacy of patients and staff information
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of Cerner Patient Care System
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to a changing environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to the principles of patient family centred care
- Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to patient and staff safety
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC’s Mission, Vision and Values
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis

Immunization Requirements:

- Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/ Diphtheria/Polio; Meningitis.
- Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing (two step) and COVID vaccine series.
