Dr. Kylvin Ho, Optometric Corporation DBA C U Vision Optometrists was founded in 2009. We have three convenient locations, serving in Burnaby, Richmond, and Surrey. We are committed to expanding our services and continuously improving our qualifications in providing high-quality eye care to the public.

We are looking for a full-time Sales Supervisor to join our Metrotown team as soon as possible.

**Job duties and responsibilities**
- Supervise sales staffs and co-ordinate with sales staffs and doctors
- Allow duties to sales staffs and maintain and prepare _work_ schedules
- Monitor sales staffs’ productivity and provide feedback
- Resolve conflicts such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Sell eyewear to customer/patients
- Recommend the right product to customer/patient follow with doctor’s prescription
- Quote prices and pick-up dates to customers/patient
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
- Organize and maintain inventory including order merchandises
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, etc.
- Assist the Manager in revising and implementing the strategies plans

**Qualifications**

Education: Completion of Secondary School is required

Experience: At least one year of previous directly related supervisory experience is required

Language: Ability to communicate in English with staffs and customers
