As our Financial Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of managing our accounts receivables and payables, ensuring smooth transactions and impeccable record-keeping that keeps our IT solutions thriving.

From creating and maintaining client billing information across multiple platforms to processing monthly subscriptions with finesse, you'll be the conductor of a harmonious financial orchestra that powers our cutting-edge IT services.

But it doesn't stop there. As a Financial Assistant, you'll also be the guardian of our accounts payable, ensuring that payments are processed seamlessly, and expenses are controlled with precision. From verifying and reconciling invoices to maintaining meticulous records of all transactions, you'll be the unsung hero behind the scenes, keeping our IT services running smoothly.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you'll also take on a range of exciting additional duties that make every day a new adventure. From managing employee benefits and payroll to coordinating background checks and preparing invoices for our IT solutions, you'll be a jack-of-all-trades, wearing many hats and tackling new challenges with gusto.

Your career is sure to be fulfilling and exciting with responsibilities such as:

- Process monthly subscriptions and reconcile invoices.
- Ensure accuracy of invoices by researching ticket entries and ensure proper coding of work completed.
- Monitor past due invoices and contacting clients for processing.
- Research any inconsistencies in billing or accounts true up.
- Build a strong relationship with our clients, bookkeeper, and accounting team.
- Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Maintain historical records of all invoices, reports, receipts, and cheques by saving documents properly in our online financial software.
- Assist other departments with equipment or product purchases and tracking assets.
- Report any errors, omissions, or inconsistencies to management.
- Research and approve employee expense reports.
- Administer medical, RRSP and insurance for all staff.
- Prepare and execute bi-weekly payroll, T4s, terminations and ROEs.
- Manage and coordinate background checks.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
