**What you bring**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a relative experience.
- Previous experience in allocations, inventory management, or retail merchandising is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in Excel. Experience in O9, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Alteryx or other data analysis tools would be considered an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with the ability to make quick decisions based on complex datasets.
- Understanding of retail math and retail KPIs, such as sell-through rates, weeks of supply, turn, service levels and in-stocks.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to adapt and problem solve in a fast-paced environment while managing top priorities and expectations.
