We have an opening for a full time, permanent **Parts Manager** at our Port Perry location, the Parts Manager is responsible for leading the team in delivering excellent service to our customers.

**Essential Duties**:

- Oversee the parts department and manage all aspects of parts inventory, ordering, and distribution
- Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize parts availability and minimize backorders
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with parts inquiries, orders, and returns
- Provide leadership and support to a team of parts employees, providing guidance and training
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Agricultural experience is a strong asset
- A track record of strong leadership, leading successful engaged teams
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
