**Key Responsibilities**:
Inventory Management:
Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels, minimize costs, and prevent stockouts.

Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.

Monitor inventory movement and analyze data to identify trends and make informed purchasing decisions.

Receiving and Storage:
Oversee the receiving process, ensuring accurate documentation, verification of quantities, and proper storage of goods.

Coordinate the placement and organization of products within the warehouse, optimizing space utilization and accessibility.

Implement and enforce best practices for the safe handling, storage, and labeling of products.

Order Fulfillment:
Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure efficient order processing and on-time shipments.

Monitor order fulfillment metrics, such as picking accuracy and order cycle time, and implement improvements as necessary.

Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping.

Team Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and performance.

Schedule and assign work tasks, prioritize activities, and monitor employee attendance and adherence to safety protocols.

Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.

Process Improvement:
Continuously assess warehouse operations to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.

Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and train employees to ensure consistent adherence

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in warehouse management systems and recommend relevant technology upgrades.

Health and Safety:
Promote and enforce a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.

Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions.

Provide training to warehouse staff on proper handling of equipment, materials, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other related software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and the ability to promote a culture of safety within the warehouse.
