Dr. Oetker is a state-of-the-art Pizza Production Facility in London, Ontario. With our Head Quarters in Germany, and operations in over 40 countries around the world, we are an international company with deep family roots dating back to 1891. Our London facility which employees about 300 associates showcases modern, highly automated, high volume production lines where we produce Ristorante, Casa di Mama and Giuseppe pizzas under the Dr. Oetker label. Our facility is part of the International Pizza Production Unit (PPU) which, in part, identifies projects and efficiencies for execution at plant level.

In our facility, we start with raw materials such as flour and yeast to make a great pizza crust, topping with sauce and ingredients to make a fantastic, finished pizza and then freezing and packaging the pizzas for retail distribution.

Reporting to the **Plant Manager**, the **Environmental & Sustainability Coordinator** will:

- Manage and maintain ISO 14001 environmental management system, inclusive of managing internal and external audits.
- Be responsible for data gathering, preparing reports and analytics regarding environmental and sustainability projects.
- Lead the development and maintenance of our environmental & sustainability management system in alignment with the Dr. Oetker Sustainability Charter, which focuses on “Our Food, Our World and Our Company”.
- Be responsible for championing environmental & sustainability initiatives as well as maintaining compliance in accordance with related laws and regulations including ISO 140001
- Act as an advisor for senior management and supervisors of changes in legislation and environmental & sustainability trends to ensure preventive measures and compliance of regulations.
- Lead various initiatives towards green energy.

**Your Skills & Qualifications**
- Post secondary education in Environmental Science or related field
- 2-4 years’ experience in a similar field, preferably food or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Working knowledge of environmental legislation including ISO 14001, 9001 and 45001
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and detail-oriented mindset with a entrepreneurial spirit and a team player attitude
