Nous cherchons un Conseiller juridique interne II pour notre équipe grandissante

**Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous**:

- Traiter des dossiers de défense d'assurance de complexité variable de manière indépendante du début à la fin.
- Préparer et conduire de manière indépendante des demandes/motions, découvertes, médiations, arbitrages, conférences préparatoires et procès.
- Rédiger des opinions, des plaidoiries, des affidavits et d'autres documents juridiques à l'appui des requêtes, des mémoires de médiation et des mémoires préalables au procès.
- Préparer et présenter des séminaires juridiques éducatifs au service des réclamations.
- Maintenir des communications productives et efficaces avec le service des réclamations et les experts en sinistres.

- Minimum de trois à cinq années d'expérience en litige d'assurance.
- Expertise dans la rédaction de plaidoiries, l'examen et l'évaluation d'une production volumineuse, la conduite de découvertes et les procès/arbitrages.
- Compétences organisationnelles supérieures, y compris la capacité de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et indépendamment.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à établir des relations efficaces avec les clients.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite combinées à une expérience de recherche et de négociation.
- Compétent dans le règlement extrajudiciaire des différends, y compris la préparation et la conduite indépendante de médiations.
