**CLIENT RELATIONS TRAINEE**

As a Client Relations Trainee in our dynamic team, you will undergo comprehensive training to become proficient in managing and nurturing client relationships. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a challenging and rewarding career in client services within the courier company. You will work closely with experienced professionals, learning the ins and outs of logistics and honing your skills in communication, problem solving and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**:

- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their unique shipping needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Oversee the accounts of key clients, managing their logistics requirements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

**Communication**:

- Maintain regular and effective communication with clients, providing updates on shipments, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and resolve any service-related issues.

**Relationship Building**:

- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Anticipate client needs, ensuring proactive and effective solutions.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and overall engagement.

**Problem-Solving**:

- Learn to identify and address client issues promptly and efficiently, collaborating with team members to provide effective solutions.
- Assist in developing proactive strategies to mitigate potential challenges and improve overall client experience.

**Issue Resolution**
- Handle and resolve client issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams such as operations and customer service to provide effective solutions.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of automotive parts would be considered an asset

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
