TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
- Présenté le menu et les plats du jour
- Préparez des boissons alcoolisées, non alcoolisées et du café
- Évaluer les besoins et les préférences des clients et faire des recommandations
- Réapprovisionner l'inventaire du bar
- Restez concentré sur les clients et nourrissez une excellente expérience client
- Gérer les transactions
- Maintenir un espace de travail et de restauration propre

QUALIFICATIONS
- Expérience avec un système de point de vente de restaurant
- Excellente connaissance du mélange, de la garniture et du service des boissons
- Excellentes capacités de communication
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle
- Capacité à performer dans un environnement rapide
- Capacité à coopérer et à travailler en équipe
- Solides compétences multitâches
- Diplôme secondaire
- Bilingue français et anglais
- Expérience mínimale d'un an dans un rôle similaire

We are currently looking for a bartender who will share our vision and provide excellent service to our guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present menu and daily specials
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for the bar
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Restock bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulation
- Handle transactions
- Maintain a clean work and dining area

QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience with a restaurant POS system
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to co-operate and work in a team
- Strong multitasking skills
- High school diploma
- Bilingual French and English
- Minimum one-year experience in a similar role
