En tant que barman chez Sergiolino, vous concocterez et servirez une délicieuse sélection de boissons alcoolisées et non alcoolisées à nos précieux clients. Responsabilités:

- Préparer et servir une sélection variée de boissons, des cocktails signatures aux vins fins et aux boissons non alcoolisées rafraîchissantes, le tout avec cette touche spéciale Sergiolino
- Prendre les commandes des clients et offrir des recommandations personnalisées en fonction de leurs préférences
- Mélanger les ingrédients avec précision selon les recettes, en veillant à ce que chaque boisson soit un chef-d'œuvre
- Maintenir une propreté et une organisation impeccables au bar, y compris en réapprovisionnant rapidement les fournitures
- Gérer les transactions avec finesse et faire fonctionner notre système de point de vente (POS) en douceur
- Interagir chaleureusement et professionnellement avec les clients, offrant un service exceptionnel à chaque interaction
- Surveiller la consommation d'alcool de manière responsable, en respectant les normes élevées de Sergiolino
- Coordonner sans heurts avec l'équipe de cuisine pour synchroniser le service des boissons et des plats
- Observer strictement tous les protocoles de santé et de sécurité

Expérience:

- Une expérience préalable en tant que barman dans un restaurant ou un environnement hospitalier est préférable, surtout avec une touche de service Sergiolino
- Connaissance approfondie des différentes boissons alcoolisées, des recettes de cocktails et des techniques de mixologie
- À l'aise avec les procédures de manipulation de l'argent et compétent dans l'utilisation des systèmes de point de vente (POS)
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication pour établir des liens avec les clients et les collègues
- Capacité à prospérer dans un environnement dynamique sans compromettre l'attention aux détails
- Maîtrise des mathématiques de base pour une manipulation précise de l'argent
- Familiarité avec les réglementations de l'industrie alimentaire et les normes sanitaires

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will ensure a positive experience for our customers.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Mix ingredients according to recipes and ensure accurate measurements
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and utensils
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food industry regulations and health standards
