We are in expansion mode and are actively recruiting an experienced and motivated **Managing Partner **to grow our Home Oxygen division in Northern AB with the position based in Edmonton.

**Managing Partner Responsibilities**:

- Expand brand awareness and relationships in your local community.
- Contribute to growth by liaising with medical professionals, provision of demonstrations and education on products and services to prospective clients and referral sources.
- Build and manage a team of patient care coordinators and healthcare professionals.
- Implement organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
- Manage, monitor, and review business operations, focusing on building a sustainable business.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- A Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with current registration in good standing with their college is required.
- Licensed to practice within the provincial governing body.
- A minimum of 2+ years expereince.
- Home oxygen experience is considered an asset.
- Relationships with key community decision makers.
- Excellent organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, assess situations, prioritize tasks, and set deadlines.
- Ability to self-motivate and lead your team to success.
