**Apercu du service**
- Tarification AG définit et met en œuvre la stratégie globale de tarification des produits d'assurance générale (AG) en fonction des objectifs d'affaires de TD Assurance et conformément à la réglementation régionale des primes d'assurance. La tarification demeure un élément déterminant de nos produits qui se destinent aux marchés directs et de l'affinité.
- Relevant du directeur de la tarification, l'analyste en actuariat collabore à l'établissement de la stratégie tarifaire pour tous les produits et tous les assureurs d'une région donnée. L'analyste contribue au succès continu et futur de l'entreprise par l'établissement du niveau de tarification requis et de critères de classification. L'analyste assure également la vigie et l'efficacité des taux par le biais d'indiqués et/ou l'exécution d'initiatives de tarification ou d'affaires en utilisant les meilleures pratiques en matière de gouvernance.

**Description du poste (Job Description)**
- Déterminer le niveau de taux et les critères de classification requis pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance et de rentabilité;
- Collaborer à la production des dépôts réglementaires des changements de taux;
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des changements de taux
- Soutenir et mettre place des meilleures pratiques de travail et des contrôles pour mitiger le risque en plus d'appliquer les processus, politiques et procédures en place
- Collaborer au développement d'outils et de techniques d’analyse

**Exigences du poste (Job Requirements)**
- Un à trois ans d'expérience actuarielle en assurance de dommages
- Baccalauréat en actuariat, mathématiques ou un domaine connexe
- Examens préliminaires de la Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) amorcés
- Excellente connaissance d'Excel
- Habilité et intérêt en informatique, notamment VBA, R, Python
- La modélisation prédictive est un atout
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et de communication
- Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
- Approche orientée client et une aptitude pour le travail d'équipe
- Reconnu pour sa rigueur et la qualité de son travail
