**Role Summary**:
The Fitness Manager will oversee the club’s Personal Training Department and the overall operation of the club floor. They directly supervise the employees of this department and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with CLUB16 Limited Partnership (Club16LP) policies and procedures.

**What You Will Do**:

- Recruit, interview, hire, and supervise Personal Training in the Fitness Department
- Set revenue and performance goals for all Personal Trainers and assist them in achieving their performance goals
- Train and educate Personal Trainers and sales staff on all aspects of the various programs, personal training packages, and Personal Training value proposition
- Promote and generate sales and new clients in each of the program areas
- Actively conduct sales presentation (periodization) for all new guests according to Club16LP policies and procedures.
- Conduct Personal Training as necessary and only during non-scheduled Fitness Manager hours.
- Prepare Personal Training TEAMs in advance for sales wrap up campaigns and for the launch of new promotions.
- Produce and submit monthly sales Personal Training goals to the Vice President of Operations by the 20th of each month for the following month.
- Host monthly PT TEAM meetings within the first 7 days of new month
- Demonstrate knowledge of Club16LP membership pricing & related external/internal campaigns
- Passion for fitness and proper nutrition. Engage in fitness activity minimum 2 times per week.
- Conduct regularly walk through’s the Club16LP facility per each shift to ensure that the floor space is presentable.
- Complete the PT onboarding checklist with all new hires within 30 days while providing ongoing and/or additional training as needed
- Spot audit Personal Training clients' results tracking on a weekly basis
- Lead/Direct fitness workshops and seminars for members and staff members as needed
- Audits and reviews active and inactive clients per each trainer ensuring we are training all Personal Training clients on a consistent basis
- Audits Personal Training payroll files to ensure accuracy in the sessions
- Monitor the Personal Training schedule on a regular basis per shift to maximize the potential for staff and member bookings
- Responsible for reviewing and understanding the Club16LP Employee Handbook
- Follow and assist in implementing club and company policies

- Current and Valid CPR Certification (mandatory)
- Current National/Provincial Fitness Certification (mandatory)

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
