Curry Express, a restaurant specializing in South Indian, East Indian, and vegetarian cuisine is looking to hire a qualified individual to work as a Cook. This person will be expected to perform the following duties:

- Prepare and cook Indian meals or individual dishes and foods;
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas;
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food;
- Order supplies and equipment;
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers;
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
- Clean kitchen and work areas; and
- Organize and manage buffets and banquets.
- **Skills (education and experience)**_:_
- No formal education required; and
- Must have at least one-year experience as a Cook in an established restaurant or catering establishment.
- **Language of work**_: English
- **Wage**_: $16/hour
