**Job Summary**

Zumel & Co is looking for highly motivated and focused Personal Style Consultants/ Sales Associates.

The primary duty of the Personal Style Consultant is to sell through styling.

The Zumel Personal Style Consultant will use their passion of fashion, and elite customer service to provide an educated, energetic and fun experience for their clients.

Duties include but are not limited to:
*Engaging all clients

*Styling to Sell
- Handling cash and credit card payments
- Processing returns and/or exchanges
- Updating customer records
- Answering phone calls in a prompt and polite manner
- Displaying merchandise in a clean and orderly manner
- Resolving customer's issues and concerns
- Maintaining cleanliness and brand standards throughout the store
- Upholding all company policies
- Assisting in the functioning of the store by completing duties assigned by the Style Director

**Requirements**:

- Enthusiastic self-starter who is able to work effectively in both a team setting and independently
- Outstanding communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and selling skills
- Previous customer service and or fashion retail experience strongly preferred

**Part Time Requires Full Weekend Availability and Two Weekdays.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
