**What you'll do**
- Coordinate team scheduling to ensure organization and timely completion of all creative projects
- M anage the team ’s production calendar s and tracking documents
- Oversee file and media management
- Coordinate production with freelance vendors, including photographers, videographers and graphic designers
- Assist on-set during productions
- Track invoices and payments to freelancers and collaborators

**What you bring**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of organizational commitment and attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with v ideo editing, film ing and using Adobe C C are all considered valuable assets to this team
- A post-secondary degree in Film Production or equivalent experience is preferred
- Fluency in French is an asset
- Photoshop and design experience is an asset
