Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of bartenders and waitresses to achieve excellent customer service
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Implement effective visual strategies to maximize business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cashiering activities
- Oversee payroll administration and scheduling of staff shifts
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in floor management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
