**SUPERVISOR - CLIENT SERVICES**

Full-Time Contract for up to 12 Months with the Possibility of Extension

PHARA is seeking individuals with exceptional leadership, customer service, and communication skills to join our team.

You will play a vital role to the organization, through the supervision of services.

The position will be centred out of 280 Oakwood Ave, North Bay, Ontario with work at all 3 sites and in the community. This position has a standard shift (but not limited to) M to F, 830-430pm and includes an on-call component every third week on average.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A university degree in Health or Social Services, or a college diploma combined with experience.
- Experience in supervision, assisting with the activities of daily living, and personal care.
- Exceptional leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (skill testing required).
- Valid driver’s licence and person vehicle with appropriate insurance is required as travel to all PHARA sites and within the community may be required.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening required.
