**Position: Sales Representative**

Jack Carter Chevrolet has an opening for one self motivated salesperson. Jack Carter’s is conveniently located just off Deerfoot Trail and is the highest Chev Buick GMC retailer in the City. General Motors market share is increasing, and with several new product launches coming out over the next two years, we require a career professional who wishes to grow with us.

Our most successful people are customer-centered and promote themselves via social media, friends, and local Calgary Communities. Our best have created their own personal brand, and we help develop it by offering advertising co-op funds for personal use.

Product Advisor

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that our customers receive a professional experience that exceeds their past experiences and their present expectations.
- Listen to our customer requests and provide positive solutions.
- Demonstrate vehicle capabilities via presentations and test drives.
- Maintain effective follow-up with both sold and prospective guests.
- Continuous improvement your skillset by working within brand workshops and through management coaching.
- Use Social media platforms for Jack Carter branding and sale promotions.
- Daily update our CRM and respond to all customer inquiries.
- Adopt and follow-up with current customers.
- Understand and be proficient in the product information.
- Support other team members.

**Your Capabilities & Credentials**:

- A willingness to strive to put our customers first
- Comfortable using social media platforms.
- Comfortable doing follow-ups with customers.
- Ability in shooting a video of doing a walk-around on a vehicle that a customer inquired about.
- Product knowledge and capabilities on the vehicles that you sell.
- A willingness to work within a process-driven culture
- Experience in a retail sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A valid Alberta driver’s license.
- Second language is not necessary, however, it would be considered an asset.

Schedule:

- 7 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- automotive sales 1 year preferred

Work Location: In person

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required
