Warranty Administrator

Edmonton, Canada West End Nissan Full time

West End Nissan is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to be our **Warranty Administrator**. Reporting to the Service Manager, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive service advisor, and you will be responsible for scheduling and documenting new and used car repairs, accessory installs, and schedule detail for deliveries. Dispatch and tower experience is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process all warranty claims in a timely manner, as the repair orders are opened.
- Review and process all returned/rejected/adjusted warranty claims, track each claim until its final resolution.
- Ensuring follow up with our customers
- Contact the appropriate warranty claims representative regarding any claims requiring additional authorization or for claims requiring special assistance.
- Maintain a record of all claims submitted, returned/rejected, or paid and their current status.
- Manage manufacturers and after-market warranty company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent communication between various departments and service technicians
- Address issues with Technicians and Service Advisors
- Keep up-to-date product knowledge of all competitive products and services
- Participate in off-site product and skills training programs.
- Perform other service-related tasks as required by management

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years warranty experience
- Computer literacy
- Must have exceptional communication skills
- Must have exceptional organization skills
- Must have experience with CDK and CRM
- Must work well under pressure
- Basic accounting knowledge an asset
- Reynolds System knowledge
