**Operations Services Representative**

Location: Mississauga, ON

**Job Type**: Full time, Salaried
Band: 89

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete various duties that include but are not limited to work baskets, payouts, transfers, report clearing and insurance losses.
- Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Work in collaboration with Operations Services to complete internal processes within defined turn-around times and assist with special projects/ tasks as requested.
- Work with Team Leader and other team members to improve on existing processes and uncover ways to more efficiently and effectively manage the tasks.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree with focus in Business Administration or Finance is preferred.
- 1 - 3 years of experience working in the Captive Auto Finance industry is preferred.

**Technical Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in MS Office, including MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to problem solve and analyze data.
- Demonstrates organizational and time management skills.
- Driven and motivated by a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual French preferred
