Hamilton, Canada Salus Insurance Services Inc. Full time

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**
- Assist with triaging and assigning submissions and policy order sheets in a timely manner.
- Update client files in Salus’ system as required (name and address changes, premium increases/decreases, cancellations, status updates, etc.).
- Draft policy documents (policies, endorsements, certificates, etc.) using Salus’ software.
- Report risks to various Lloyd’s platforms and domestic market platforms, as required.
- Complete billing transactions using Salus’ software for invoicing clients following departmental procedures with accuracy, efficiency, and meeting compliance standards.
- Act as a liaison with clients, brokers, and underwriters to obtain missing information and/or other requests for information.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant Experience: _Less than two (2) years.
- Relevant Education: _High School or equivalent.

Industry certification(s) or licensing considered an asset but not required.
- Additional Details: _
- Previous work experience in insurance industry considered an asset.
- General computer skills required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.
- Experience with Applied EPIC and Policy Works considered an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
- High level of adaptability to meet the needs of various situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and enjoys learning from and helping others.

Pay: From $37,500.00 per year
