**Overview**:
Sarens Design and Contracting is a leading contracting company dedicated to delivering high-quality products/services. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead our projects to success

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop project plans, goals, and budgets
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Coordinate project team members and stakeholders
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Conduct project risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately

**Experience**:

- 5+ years experience in Project Management
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Experience using Buildertrend would be considered an asset
- Vehicle is a must
- Fluent in English
- Scheduling experience
- RFI Change orders
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay: $32,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 5 years (required)
