The **Finance Co-ordinator** is responsible for accounts receivable/payable, reconciliations and collection activities.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Quick and accurate data entry skills.
- A strong working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of additional finance-related software is an asset.
- Able to work independently to meet deadlines and client.
- Confident in communicating with clients and vendors with respect to billing and invoicing disputes.
- Comfortable learning new software and tasks.

Tasks include:

- Data entry
- Processing vendor and assessor invoices
- Remote and in-branch banking
- Cheque runs
- Accounts receivable collections
- Supporting corporate Accounting/Finance team through provision of requested documentation and proper tracking of daily accounting tasks.

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
