The Home operates 166 beds, and is accredited through Accreditation Canada with an exemplary standing.

The Supervisor of Environmental Services Reports to the Director of Environmental Services. They will oversee functions such as cleaning, sanitizing, laundry, pest control, and housekeeping. They ensure the facility complies with health and sanitation regulations and standards.

The Supervisor, Environmental Services is responsible to supervise all staff in the Environmental Service department. The incumbent will interact with other department heads and department employees, residents, families, and contractors on daily basis.

Their duties include identifying health and environmental risks, adhering to safety regulations, ensuring the safe disposal of waste, and preparing department budgets.

Additionally, they inspect and examine cleaning equipment and suggest new equipment purchases to the Director of Environmental Services Assists in the management of all aspects of Environmental Services within the facility to ensure quality resident care through the effective, efficient delivery of established standards within legislative and budgetary requirements.

**Required Professional Designation/Certificate**:

- Completion of secondary school.
- Diploma in Healthcare Environmental Services Management is an asset.
- Proof of recent screening for Tuberculosis (TB)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a satisfactory criminal record check, including vulnerable sector, at your own expense.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
